Who We Are: We gather together at 10:00 on Sunday mornings to worship our Lord.  Each week, Pastor Brian leads us in a verse by verse exposition of God’s Word.  Currently, we’re studying the Gospel of John.  You’re welcome to join us. Junior church is available for kids ages 2-10.

Who We Are: The Early Childhood Development Committee is a group of individuals in the community who are concerned with the growth and development of every child in Mission. We have joined to encourage planning of services for children from 0 to 6 years of age with a coordinated and holistic approach.

Who We Are: As the Provincial Association for the National Elks of Canada, we are a non-profit, volunteer based organization that fundraises for charitable purposes throughout British Columbia. From local sporting events to large scale donation drives, the members of the BC Elks Association have raised millions of dollars in our long history to improve local communities, assist individuals in need, and support other charitable causes.​ The Elks are recognized for their service to children with hearing impairments through their national charity, Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children.

Extreme Weather Housing - Mission Community Services Society - MCSS


Who We Are: Mission Community Services Society Extreme Weather Response Shelter provides temporary accommodation to those who are homeless when severe weather conditions make sleeping outdoors a risk to health and safety.  The shelter on Logan Avenue is put into service when the community’s Extreme Weather Response plan sparks notification to a number of agencies, in particular when outdoor temperatures fall below freezing level (0 degrees). “We put out mats in the upstairs open room and a meal is supplied to all who require the service,” said coordinator Ed Cassia.The program runs between Nov. 1 and March 31.

Who We Are: Free concerts at Fraser River Heritage Park every Wednesday and Friday from June until the end of August.  7pm-8pm. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the incredible views and wide variety of entertainment.

Who We Are: Provides job search services for eligible individuals who are seeking employment. Helps clients develop an employment plan. Assists with career options exploration, job search strategies, planning for education and training, accessing training funds, learning about starting a business, and resume writing. Offers a self-serve resource centre with phone, fax, internet, and printers. Supplemental services for multi-barriered clients or people with complex needs may be available, or delivered through other qualified service providers at separate locations or training institutes.

Early Years - Mission Community Services Society - MCSS


Who We Are: Focusing on young, new or low income parents, the Early Years department provides a variety of support and educational services. This department works with provincial programs, such as the Community Action Program for Children and the Child Care Resource and Referral Program.
